The CheckPoint 360°™ Feedback System is used primarily to evaluate the effectiveness of managers and leaders. This survey combines feedback from direct reports, peers, supervisors, and even customers, with a personalized programme for developing specific leadership skills based on that feedback. It helps managers identify and prioritize their own development opportunities and helps the organization to better focus management trainings. It also proactively uncovers misaligned priorities between senior executives and front-line managers by bringing to the surface management issues that could lead to low employee productivity, morale, satisfaction, and turnover. CHP reports provide insight into each Skill Set including a detailed development plan for the individual and coaching as well as management considerations for those who supervise the manager.

What does CHP Measure?

The CheckPoint 360°™ survey combines feedback from the assessee, direct reports, peers, supervisors and even customers (should the need occur) that form a basis for future development. CHP measures manager's skills in eight universal management competencies that are divided as follows:

CHP is used to:

CheckPoint reports have colourful graphs and charts as well as narrative descriptions of the results to help the manager read, understand, and effectively use the data for self-development.

Individual Feedback Report is targeted to the assessee.

Comparison reports compare two different surveys and speak either to the manager or to the supervisor.

Management Report is targeted to the supervisor of the assessee.

Executive Overview combines three or more surveys of the same time period and is targeted to the Executives.
