The ProfileXT® (PXT) assessment measures how well an individual fits specific jobs in an organization.

The “job matching” feature of the PXT is unique, and it enables organisations to evaluate an individual relative to the qualities required to successfully perform in a specific job. It is used throughout the employee life cycle for selection, on-boarding, managing and strategic workforce planning. This assessment reveals consistent, in-depth, and objective insight into an individual’s thinking and reasoning style, relevant behavioural traits, occupational interests, and match to specific positions in an organization. It helps managers interview and select people who have the highest probability of being successful in a role, and provides practical recommendations for coaching them to maximum performance. It also gives organizations consistent language and metrics to support strategic workforce and succession planning, talent management and reorganization efforts.

The ProfileXT is used as a pre hire tool to find the best-matched candidate for a particular job. It is also used to develop job descriptions and job performance models. ProfileXT reports help managers interview and select people who have the highest probability of being successful in a role, and provide practical recommendations for coaching them to maximum performance. PXT reports

Most Profiles assessments generate more than one type of report, making them multi-use management tools. Reports of different length and depth in content, type, purpose, language as well as intended audience can be generated from the user friendly online environment. They are all easy to read, understand and interpret to ensure the ease of use as well as fasten the process of obtaining information. In the user friendly online environment. Individual Report - a text-based report for the assessee providing a guide for self-understanding

Individual Graph - a graph report for the assessee providing a guide for self-understanding

Placement report - a report that matches the results of a candidate to the scales of a job match pattern. The results are displayed both in the graph and text form together with additional questions for final recruiting interviews. The report is used during a hiring process as well as succession planning.

Coaching report - a report that matches the results of an assessee to the scales of a job match pattern. The results are displayed in a text form suggesting management recommendations in case of mismatch to the pattern. This report is used in the management process, when making development plans and motivating employees.

Job Profile Summary Report - a report that matches the results of an assessee to the scales of a job match pattern. The report offers a short and quick overview of the suitability of a person to the position at hand both in the graph and text form. This report is used when recruiting and making promotion decisions. 

Job Summary Graph - a report that matches the results of an assessee to the scales of a job match pattern. The results are displayed in a graph form. It is the quickest way of getting information about the suitability of one person to the position at hand. This report is used when recruiting and making promotion decisions. 

Succession Planning Report - a report that matches the results of an assessee to the scales of multiple job match patterns at one time. This report is efficient in the succession planning process.

Sales Placement Report - a report that matches the results of an assessee to the scales of a job match pattern. The results are displayed from the viewpoint of a sales position both in the graph and text form together with additional questions for final recruiting interviews. The report is mostly used during a hiring process.

Sales Management Report - a report that matches the results of an assessee to the scales of a job match pattern. The results are displayed from the viewpoint of a sales position in a text form suggesting management recommendations in case of mismatch to the pattern. This report is used in the management process, when making development plans and motivating employees.
